24 Year old, Lainancia Mudzengerere, musically known as Lain, is a born and bred Zimbabwean female singer and rapper. Her love for writing music was inspired by her older sister at the age of nine. She commands the crowd’s attention when it comes to live perfomances and she’s had the honour of sharing stages with icons such as Nasty C, Davido and the late AKA among othergreat musicians. 

She has been featured on “Hurungwere” and “Usless” among some ofZimbabwe’s greatest talents such as Kae Chaps, Nyasha David just to mention a few. She hopes to inspire the youth through her art and speak her truth through her music. 

She continues to
show her diversity through her vocal and lyrical ability. Her latest single “Ndochema” proves she is for the girl child – a voice for the voiceless indeed and has such a promising future ahead of her.
